The Council’s Planning Committee agreed last night (by 10 votes to 1) to grant Outline planning permission to Newlands Developments Ltd to build two warehouses for storage and distribution on land at Caldecote Farm on the Willen Road. In effect this is approval in principle. There will have to be a second “Reserved Matters” application at a later date covering details such as layout, scale, appearance and landscaping.
