New wheelie bins – 4 September

There’s been a briefing session on the new wheelie bins being introduced city-wide later this year (thanks to Kerrie whose Council motion nearly 3 years ago started this process). The new bins – 300,000 of them – will be distributed over 12 weeks from June to August and the new service will start on Monday 4 September. There’s more information here:
