Second meeting with the MK East developers, Berkeley St James, to react to their proposals for:
* retaining the V11 Tongwell Street as two way.
* removing the proposal for a new roundabout at Carleton Gate.
* closing the existing vehicular access and exit at Carleton Gate (except pedestrians & cyclists) to limit opportunities for rat running.
* incorporating a new redway & leisure route from Tongwell roundabout to the Coachway.
